Yoga Blocks

My Top Choice

If you just want to buy a pair of great Yoga blocks, go for Manduka Cork Yoga Block. You won’t be disappointed. If you want to go deeper into the world of yoga blocks, please feel free to read on.

Foam Blocks

When it comes to foam blocks, my recommendation is Gaiam Yoga blocks, they a bit higher priced but won’t leave marks on the mat and floors. I see it as an investment over a long time. Gaiam has been producing blocks for the last 20 years and has a large part of the Yoga accessories market in their product lines.

Wood blocks

When it comes to wood blocks I don’t quite have so much experience yet.I’ve tried these blocks from Muji for a shorter period of time and I think they are really great. I promise to write a follow-up article in a year or two when I truly have an in-depth experience to share with you.
